Before acquiring Elite Builders and Management ("EBM"), she served as the Executive Director of a prominent law firm in New York and Texas, where she successfully managed operations and developed strategies to advance the organization's mission and "voice" of "Winning every case, every time..."

In this capacity, Christella created innovative business plans to achieve the firm's goals and objectives, coached and guided a team of effective leaders, and fostered strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. As President of EBM, Christella oversees and directs all aspects of building projects, ensuring financial control and profitability for each client. Her expertise in contract negotiations, financial management, and client relations proves invaluable in delivering optimal outcomes.

Additionally, Christella leads an in-house consulting team that specializes in risk-based advisory and strategic communication on all projects. With her extensive experience and skills, she is able to navigate the complexities of the building industry and successfully deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

Alex brings over 14 years of Construction Management experience, serving elite clients at the local and national levels. In his role as Vice President of EBM, Alex assumes overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations, including staffing assignments, project plan development, cost and schedule analysis, and owner and subcontractor communications and interface.

Alex has been a strong leader, providing hands-on guidance and direction, and overseeing critical projects. He has effectively built and led a team of experts through every phase of the project, from pre-construction to construction and post-construction services, ensuring that goals, client expectations, and outcomes are met with exceptional results. Alex's expertise in construction management and leadership has been a significant asset to EBM, and he remains committed to delivering top-notch service to all clients.

With over 15 years of experience designing a broad range of steel structures, John is a highly skilled expert in the field. He possesses an in-depth understanding of industry-standard design tools and guides, providing invaluable direction to our in-house designers. John excels at synthesizing abstract ideas into practical design implications, and his expertise in design-build enables our team to create structures that are not only functional, safe, and sustainable, but also aesthetically pleasing.

As a result of John's leadership, our design team consistently delivers innovative and practical solutions, frequently modifying existing plans at clients' requests. John oversees, reviews, and approves all drawing submittals throughout the entire project, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
